  • Provide strict oversight and encourage resident input for Hubble redevelopment.
  • Address stormwater and flooding issues in the Hubble area and along Winfield Creek
  • Support the Wheaton Grand Theater Project.
  • Replace the downtown Jewel grocery store.
  • Attract diverse businesses to Downtown.
  • Limit the use of tax increment financing (TIF) to projects that meet the strict application of statutory and local guidelines.
